My post about Greg's Freeplay article in TGFC

Somebody put a sticker onto it.
I was just trying to talk about some memories, some feelings. A suprise is that hyperliu saw it and posted a reply... I have to say that the chances that I will ever play games again with him together are very small.
I wanted to post some replies on it, but finally I gave up. I don't want to just post something for posting. I'll do it when I really feel necessary to do it.

No games today. Nothing too exciting. Just found myself feel bored. Damn it.

Another freeplay article in GS mentioned how Nentindogs grabs attention of light user. Made me more wanted to have a look at DS.

Xbox360 is going to be launched in10 days. Next gen. games are coming...

Resident Evil 4

Being a huge fan of DMC, I can't say that I am appreciating RE4 that much. I am not a fan of horror game at all (I never finished any Silent Hill game, although I own 4 of them), but this time the RE has turned into some shooting game, which makes me feel better while playing it.
Now I am in some place in Chapter 2, just killed the village chief, got his disgusting eyeball.

The game is still very attractive to me, though. It kept my thoughts on it, even when I am not playing it, I think of it from time to time. Not that kind of thinking, like falling in love, but something more subtle. Maybe that's why it is considered a great game. You don't have to stick to it all the time, but you just have to admit that you want to turn back to it after some time not touching it.

So lucky that I have got 3 great action games this year: DMC3, GOW and RE4.

Greg's article on GS

Greg Kasavin is the site director of GameSpot, one of the most famous gaming site today. In this article, he wrote about how he tried to turn his favorite hobby into his life long job.

Still, being a gamer, he admits that it's not easy to act normal in front of TV, playing his favorite games. He is a lucky man, also a man with a clear mind. He knows what he wants to do, how to achieve it. Not too much positive things to talk about, I guess.
However, game is like the other entertainments, TV, Movie. It's just because most of the children are the audience, that this particular entertainment sometime becomes an controversial issue. To get a job in game industry is just like to get a counter part in TV, movie industry.
